HUMANBRIDGE CHILD SAFETY & PROTECTION POLICY

1. Purpose

HumanBridge CIC is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and any form of child endangerment.

Although HumanBridge is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and over, we recognise our responsibility to prevent misuse of our platform.

2. Age Requirement

HumanBridge is available only to individuals aged 18 years or older.

By creating an account, users confirm that they are at least 18 years of age.

Where HumanBridge becomes aware that an account belongs to a person under 18, the account will be suspended or permanently removed.

3. Prohibited Content

HumanBridge strictly prohibits:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE)
  • Grooming
  • Solicitation of minors
  • Sexualisation of children
  • Distribution of illegal child-related content
  • Requests for child abuse material
  • Links to illegal material
  • Promotion of child exploitation

Any such content will be removed immediately.

4. Reporting

Users may report suspected child safety concerns through:

  • In-app reporting
  • support@humanbridge.uk
  • safeguarding@humanbridge.uk

Reports are reviewed as a priority.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

Where required by law, HumanBridge will cooperate with:

  • UK law enforcement agencies
  • Child protection authorities
  • Courts
  • National Crime Agency (NCA)
  • Other competent authorities

HumanBridge may preserve evidence where legally required.

6. Detection Measures

HumanBridge may use:

  • AI-assisted detection
  • Human moderation
  • User reporting
  • Security monitoring
  • Automated abuse detection

to identify prohibited content and behaviour.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Removal of content
  • Reporting to relevant authorities

HumanBridge operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding child exploitation.

8. Policy Review

This Policy is reviewed annually or sooner where legislation or operational requirements change.
