Community Guidelines
1. Our Mission
HumanBridge exists to reduce loneliness, strengthen communities, and create meaningful human connections.
Every member contributes to making HumanBridge a safe, welcoming, and respectful place for everyone.
By using HumanBridge, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines.
2. Our Community Values
HumanBridge is built on the following principles:

We encourage users to treat others with dignity, regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.
3. Be Respectful
You should:
- Treat others politely.
- Respect personal boundaries.
- Listen to different viewpoints.
- Use appropriate language.
- Be supportive and constructive.
- Respect another person's decision not to engage.
4. Zero Tolerance for Abuse
The following behaviour is prohibited:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Threats
- Hate speech
- Discrimination
- Intimidation
- Stalking
- Blackmail
- Doxxing (sharing someone's private information)
- Encouraging self-harm or violence
Any such behaviour may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
5. Personal Safety
Always prioritise your safety.
When meeting someone in person:
- Meet in a public place.
- Tell a trusted person where you are going.
- Arrange your own transport.
- Leave immediately if you feel unsafe.
HumanBridge cannot guarantee the conduct of individual users.
6. Authentic Profiles
Users should:
- Use accurate information.
- Use recent photographs of themselves.
- Avoid impersonating another person or organisation.
- Keep profile information truthful.
Fake accounts may be suspended without notice.
7. Illegal Activities
HumanBridge may not be used to facilitate or promote:
- Criminal activity
- Fraud
- Money laundering
- Human trafficking
- Terrorism
- Sale of illegal goods
- Distribution of illegal content
HumanBridge may cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
8. Respect Privacy
Do not:
- Share another person's private information without permission.
- Publish private conversations without consent.
- Record meetings without informing everyone involved.
- Collect personal information from other users for unauthorised purposes.
9. Appropriate Content
You may not post content that includes:
- Pornographic material
- Graphic violence
- Illegal drugs
- Weapons used to threaten others
- Child exploitation material
- Hate symbols
- Content promoting violence or terrorism
HumanBridge reserves the right to remove such content immediately.
10. Spam and Commercial Activity
Do not use HumanBridge to:
- Send unsolicited advertising.
- Promote scams or pyramid schemes.
- Mass-message users.
- Harvest email addresses or phone numbers.
- Manipulate search rankings or engagement.
Commercial use requires prior written approval from HumanBridge.
11. Artificial Intelligence
Users must not use AI tools through HumanBridge to:
- deceive other users;
- impersonate real people;
- generate abusive or illegal content;
- spread misinformation;
- manipulate community discussions.
AI should be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Reporting Concerns
If you encounter behaviour that violates these Guidelines, you may report it through the HumanBridge application or by contacting:
support@humanbridge.uk
Reports will be reviewed confidentially and fairly.
13. Moderation
HumanBridge may:
- review reported content;
- remove content that breaches these Guidelines;
- issue warnings;
- restrict account functionality;
- suspend accounts;
- permanently terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
Moderation decisions are made with the aim of protecting the community.
14. Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting:
appeals@humanbridge.uk
Appeals should include:
- your account details;
- the decision being challenged;
- any relevant supporting information.
HumanBridge will review appeals as promptly as reasonably possible.
15. Changes to These Guidelines
HumanBridge may update these Community Guidelines from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the website or application.
